About the Role

This Inventory Specialist position is based at our manufacturing facility in Warwick, NY. You will report directly to the Inventory Control Manager and serve as a vital link in our daily operations. Your primary focus will be supporting inventory controls, executing weekly and monthly inventory counts, and managing waste disposal requirements in conjunction with the executive management team.

In this fast-paced environment, you will coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to fulfill dispensary orders and work closely with the Production Department. The role involves transferring material throughout the facility, maintaining precise daily records of beginning balances, acquisitions, sales, and disposals, and ensuring all inventory is properly stored, labeled, and tracked. You will also be responsible for performing safety checks on the fleet of vehicles and utilizing navigation applications to ensure timely deliveries.
