Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and integrate Logistics Planning, Demand Planning, Performance Management, and Customer Service into a unified function
- check_circleOwn the end-to-end demand planning process including volume forecasting, allocation planning, and scenario modeling
- check_circleDefine and govern enterprise KPIs while leading the development of advanced reporting tools and dashboards
- check_circleBuild and develop a high-performing team with strong capabilities in forecasting, analytics, and operational planning
- check_circleIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings across logistics planning and performance management operations
- check_circleOversee vehicle flow planning and network design to balance port capacity, rail/truck routing, and delivery timelines
- check_circleOversee Customer Service to ensure proactive, high-quality experiences for Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and emerging accounts
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor Degree Required
- verifiedMaster's Degree Preferred
- verified10 - 15 years of direct experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and/or Performance Management Required
- verified4 - 7 years of supervisory experience Required
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- verifiedFamiliarity with logistics management software and performance tracking systems
Nice to Have
Master's Degree; 13 - 18 years of direct experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and/or Performance Management
