The Purchasing Clerk serves as a vital link within the Supply Chain department, supporting the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products. This role is designed to ensure company targets are met efficiently by collaborating daily with Buyers, Operations Management, Project Management, and Logistics teams.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end flow of purchase orders, from vendor research and selection to coordinating on-time deliveries. You will work closely with warehouse staff to verify deliveries against purchase orders and maintain accurate internal databases. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively present information to diverse teams and utilize technology to stay ahead of procurement changes.
