About the Role

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a key role in implementing the branch's business plan by meeting the needs of a diverse customer base. This position is designed for those with a strong customer service orientation and sales skills who are eager to learn the intricacies of the rental business. You will be responsible for a variety of branch functions, including in-branch equipment rentals, customer relations, telemarketing, and collections.

Your primary mission is to proactively increase revenue for the branch by renting and selling equipment, advising managers on product and service needs, and providing exceptional customer service. You will serve as a bridge between customers and our specialized inventory, which includes silenced diesel generators, large pumps, air-cooled chillers, and complex electrical distribution systems. The role requires you to educate customers on proper equipment usage and safety procedures while ensuring the accuracy of all contract-related information and coordinating daily equipment logistics.
