As a Field Sales Representative, you will own and deliver sales for your overall territory by developing strong relationships with Store Managers and retail personnel. Your mission is to achieve directed short and long-term performance objectives by delivering the overall value of retail (VOR), encompassing sales, displays, new item introductions, and core distribution.
Your day will center on ensuring wall-to-wall sales coverage of Nestlé items. You will act as a problem solver, addressing systemic issues such as out-of-stocks, accelerating new item speed to shelf, optimizing share of shelf, ensuring price compliance, and driving promotion selling. You will collaborate with store-level and district-level retail operations personnel to create and execute business reviews that drive volume, while communicating market insights from the retail level back to management.
