About the Role
The Federal Savings Bank is seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Inside Sales Professional to join our Miami, FL sales team. This position serves as the foundation for developing into a Junior Mortgage Banker. We are looking for individuals ready to elevate their sales career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ultimate goal is helping homebuyers finance their dream homes.
In this fully in-office role, you will partner with a top-producing Senior Vice President to drive lead generation and follow-up. Your day will involve utilizing a dialer to connect with warm leads, managing those leads in our CRM, and providing exceptional service to bankers, clients, and referral sources. You will receive hands-on sales coaching from the industry's best training team, learning critical techniques to consistently exceed borrower expectations and deliver "Wow" service.
