About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker passionate about leading and delivering solutions to the world's most innovative companies? As a Treasury Consultant, you will join a team of dedicated professionals to lead and assist in the planning and execution of treasury consulting services. Your mission is to help innovative technology companies improve or revamp their treasury and cash operations structure and processes.
In this role, you will drive treasury centralization, performance benchmarking diagnostics, and business process re-engineering. You will provide best practices, insights, and recommendations to support client growth, guiding their journey towards treasury transformation. You will act as a key partner to CFOs, Treasurers, and senior leadership, pitching, executing, and presenting results that highlight optimized internal processes backed by quantifiable metrics.
Beyond client engagements, you will foster a culture of positive performance and high employee engagement within your team. You will also contribute to the firm's thought leadership by creating and promoting forward-thinking treasury content as a speaker at client and industry events, while developing materials to support sales and banking teams.
