Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare rating agency presentations and answer agency questions
- check_circleLead and support capital markets efforts including debt and equity offerings
- check_circleSupport development of interest rate hedging strategy and execution plans
- check_circleCoordinate credit metric development for LRP, LE, and earnings releases
- check_circleManage debt compliance reporting and regulatory authority requirements
- check_circleCoordinate Treasury Planning inputs for SEC reporting (10Q/10K)
- check_circleEvaluate capital markets alternatives such as refinancing and share repurchases
- check_circleAnalyze credit, funding, and capital structure for capital projects and M&A
Requirements
- verified4 year degree in a business-related field
- verified5 to 8 years business-related experience
- verifiedEffective financial analysis skills
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Business Operations & industry practices
- verifiedThorough computer-based analytical skills (e.g., Access, Excel, PowerPoint, database management)
- verifiedMBA/CPA preferred
- verifiedExpertise in PeopleSoft and financial systems preferred
