The BMO Transportation and Vendor Finance Operations team is a vital component of the Customer Shared Services group, dedicated to supporting treasury operations and ensuring robust financial controls. As a Cash Controllership Specialist, you will play a key role in the daily delivery of critical lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing activities. This position is designed for individuals with strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills who thrive on communicating clearly with internal business partners. You will be responsible for daily bank account balancing, refund approvals, and executing payments and service requests within established service level agreements.
In this role, you will not only process transactions accurately but also serve as a problem-solving resource for your team. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to promote efficient workflows, establish positive working relationships, and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Your work directly impacts the customer and employee experience by delivering timely, knowledgeable responses to inquiries and maintaining proper documentation for mortgages, consumer lending, leasing, and commercial products.
