As a Loan Adjustor 2 within our Retail Lending Business Unit, you will play a critical role in protecting the Bank's assets while maintaining a positive image of F.N.B. Corporation. You will operate out of our Pittsburgh office at 503 Martindale Street, 4th Floor.

About the Role

This position is dedicated to the delicate balance of collecting delinquent accounts and managing borrower relationships. You will be responsible for locating past-due borrowers, distributing demand letters, and establishing payment procedures using effective human relations skills. Your work ensures that the Bank recovers assets while presenting a professional and empathetic front to our customers.

In this role, you will analyze the borrower's financial situation and loan application to determine the most appropriate collection strategy. You will prepare and compile comprehensive documentation of all collection actions, including telephone conversations, alternative financial arrangements, and correspondence. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, resolve misapplied payments, and prepare concise reports for the Board or other stakeholders.

When necessary, you will institute legal action by preparing required paperwork, filing complaints with District Justice, and referring automobile accounts to the Asset Recovery Officer. Throughout this process, you will adhere strictly to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program and regulatory laws.
