Amentum supports the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in providing specialized training, advisory, and mentoring services to host nations under the Criminal Division's International Criminal Investigative Training and Assistance Program (ICITAP). ICITAP is a cornerstone of America's global strategy for combating transnational crime, terrorism, and trafficking in persons, while establishing the rule of law and enhancing human rights in developing countries. Amentum serves as the contract service provider to the DOJ ICITAP and Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT) programs.
In partnership with ICITAP, Amentum is seeking a qualified C-UAS Advisor to lead the design, development, and delivery of specialized Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems curriculum for host nation partners. This role exists to close capability gaps in partner nations by evaluating current manpower, equipment, and training levels, then designing specific interventions to address them.
The C-UAS Advisor will provide technical expertise and analysis on C-UAS operations planning, organizational change, and operational management. You will develop comprehensive training modules, lesson plans, and practical exercises tailored to the legal authorities and operational environments of host nations. The position involves attending international meetings and conferences, conducting assessments to support foreign assistance objectives, and working under the direction of ICITAP Headquarters to ensure alignment with Inter-Agency Agreements. The role requires short-term travel (TDY) to conduct assessments and deliver training, as well as the timely submission of reports and work plans.

Diplomatic or Contractor experience working within an embassy environment. Law enforcement experience as a full-time training manager or equivalent. Five years' experience managing training and development programs or projects. Demonstrated effectiveness in managing a program or project in a cross-cultural environment. Bachelor's or master's degree in criminal justice or a related field.
