About the Role

As an HVAC Junior Mechanic (Apprentice), you will join a team dedicated to installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for national accounts. This role is designed for individuals with a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude who are eager to grow within a professional environment.

In this position, you will assist experienced technicians in servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. Your day-to-day activities will involve using a variety of hand tools to diagnose and repair units based on blueprints or engineering specifications. You will identify, analyze, and resolve system issues directly at customer locations, performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, and necessary modifications.

You will also play a key role in preparing for on-site installations by examining building layouts, anticipating potential difficulties, and coordinating on-site work. Maintaining the company's fleet is a shared responsibility; you will inspect vehicles for condition and cleanliness, keep detailed service records, and ensure all equipment is free from signs of wear. Additionally, you will serve as a direct customer contact, providing technical support and representing the company with professionalism.

This role requires flexibility to work overtime and weekends as necessary, along with regular travel that may include overnight stays. You will be expected to stay current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair, while accurately documenting all work, parts, materials, and labor costs in a timely manner.
