The HR Coordinator serves as the onsite human resources support for our employees and managers, acting as a vital bridge between the local team and our centralized HR department. You will focus on providing day-to-day onsite HR support, coordinating recruiting activities, and leading new hire onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience. Additionally, you will assist with HR administration, compliance, and employee relations at the local level, escalating complex issues to the centralized team as needed.
