About the Role

The HR Coordinator serves as the onsite human resources support for our employees and managers, acting as a vital bridge between the local team and our centralized HR department. You will focus on providing day-to-day onsite HR support, coordinating recruiting activities, and leading new hire onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience. Additionally, you will assist with HR administration, compliance, and employee relations at the local level, escalating complex issues to the centralized team as needed.

Pre-Employment Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of our participants and staff, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the minimum state-required liability auto insurance.
  • Be medically cleared for communicable diseases with all immunizations up to date before engaging in direct participant contact.
  • Pass a comprehensive criminal background check, which may include federal and state Medicare/Medicaid exclusion lists, criminal history, education verification, license verification, reference checks, and a drug screen.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleCoordinate required compliance trainings and maintain accurate training records
  • check_circlePartner with payroll to support accurate timekeeping and payroll processing
  • check_circleSupport HR projects including open enrollment, performance reviews, and policy updates

Requirements
