Global Workforce Services (GWS) supports Wycliffe Bible Translators by attracting, retaining, and resourcing a diverse workforce dedicated to advancing Bible translation. We focus on workforce mobilization, staff experiences, and relations, ensuring that staff, volunteers, interns, and contractors are well-equipped, strategically placed, and deeply connected to our mission.
At Wycliffe, your work is more than just a job. As a Workforce Specialist, you will partner with GWS leadership to shepherd resources that further Wycliffe USA's strategic priorities. You will walk alongside staff through important employment touchpoints, applying subject-matter HR expertise to ensure engagements, processes, and communication reflect our organizational ethos while remaining responsive to our constituents.
