About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources & Talent Management function. This hands-on position is designed to support our leadership team in building a workforce capable of executing complex public affairs and strategic communications work. You will partner closely with leadership to enhance HR policies, ensure compliance, and cultivate an environment that develops talent and reinforces our client focus.

In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. Your day-to-day involves serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and coordinating benefits programs. Beyond administration, you will actively support culture-building initiatives and assist in workforce planning to ensure our organization remains agile and effective.
