Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProduce and manage accounts receivables and assist in month-end closing procedures
- check_circleManage all residents' contracts, execution, and renewals
- check_circleOversee new resident orientation and move-in coordination
- check_circleProduce and manage payroll for the community
- check_circleDirect oversight of front desk staff including recruiting, training, and supervision
- check_circleServe as the primary human resources contact for the community
- check_circleManage resident and employee files ensuring regulatory compliance
- check_circleCollaborate with the Executive Director to ensure community budget compliance
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma required
- verifiedAssociate degree or higher preferred
- verified3-5 years experience in business office management, finance, human resources, or accounting
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedWorking knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- verifiedWorking knowledge of general accounting, billing, collections, and expense management
- verifiedPrevious experience in independent living, assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred
Nice to Have
An associate degree or higher. Previous experience working in independent living (IL), assisted living (AL), memory care (MC), or senior living.
