The HR Generalist serves as a vital resource for employees and managers, supporting day-to-day human resources operations across the full employee lifecycle. This role is designed to foster a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture by providing guidance on employee relations, recruitment, training, and benefits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while applying sound judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality.
In this position, you will partner with leadership to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while assisting with everything from preliminary investigations of employee concerns to the coordination of onboarding activities. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement by maintaining accurate records, supporting performance management processes, and staying current with HR trends and best practices.
