The Team Leader serves as a vital partner to the General Manager and Assistant Manager, driving the daily operations of a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. This role is designed to ensure every guest receives a superb experience while fostering an invigorating and stimulating work environment for the entire team. By balancing exceptional hospitality with financial discipline, the Team Leader helps the restaurant achieve its strategic objectives.
A Day in the Life
As a Team Leader, you will be the heartbeat of the shift, managing both guest service and operational flow. You will guide hourly team members through training and coaching moments, ensuring that food standards, safety protocols, and company procedures are strictly followed in the dining room, service area, and kitchen. From maintaining the highest level of hospitality to making real-time decisions on position assignments and shift execution, your focus is on keeping the restaurant clean, compliant, and ready for guests at all times.
