About the Role
Success in this role requires a commitment to creating a safe workplace, following company policies, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. You will be on your feet and moving around for extended periods, navigating various surfaces, and managing the menu. The role involves a hands-on approach, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees. Doing these tasks well is critical to getting it right for our guests and our business every time.
