About the Role

As a Part-Time Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in keeping our members and guests safe. You will be the first line of defense in the pool and surrounding areas, providing active supervision and taking life-saving measures when necessary. Beyond safety, you will help maintain the pool, exercise equipment, and emergency gear, ensuring our facility remains in top condition. You will also serve as a positive ambassador for our center, interacting with members in a service-oriented manner while adhering to strict safety and HIPAA protocols.

Hiring Process

To join our team, please ensure you possess a current Lifeguard certification from a nationally recognized organization. CPR/AED certification is required within 90 days of hire (provided by Power Wellness). If you have prior experience or Water Safety Instructor certification, that is a plus. We look for individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who are flexible with center hours and work schedules.
