About the Role
As a Lifeguard, you will play a key role in overseeing the safety of our employees and customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining a secure environment for our swimmers. This position is more than just surveillance; it is about delivering a world-class experience by ensuring every swimmer feels safe and supported.
You will be the face of our safety protocols, providing immediate feedback to instructors on curriculum safety requirements and acting decisively during emergencies. Whether you are preparing incident reports, attending monthly in-services to refine your skills, or simply offering a professional and engaging attitude, your presence ensures that our community remains protected. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working around water, interacting with children and parents, and is eager to contribute to a team that values safety above all else.

Please note that candidates must be available to work weekday mornings, as well as weeknights and weekends, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week (subject to seasonality).
