About the Role
As a Lifeguard at Pine Hollow Club, you will be the guardian of our pool environment, ensuring that every swim is safe and enjoyable. This role is more than just supervision; it is about creating a welcoming atmosphere where members feel secure while enjoying their time in the water. You will work closely with the Sports & Recreation team to uphold the club's tradition of excellence.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for safety and service. Your day will involve vigilant monitoring of the pool and deck, enforcing rules with courtesy, and providing friendly, attentive service to our members. Whether assisting with daily operations, supporting swim programs, or managing emergencies, you will play a critical role in maintaining the club's reputation for professionalism and care.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to demonstrate their swimming and rescue skills through a practical skills test. This ensures that all team members meet our rigorous safety standards before joining the Pine Hollow family.
