As the Assistant General Manager at Tru by Hilton Port Saint Lucie, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations. To succeed in this position, you must have previous supervisory experience and specific familiarity with the Hilton PEP Operating System. While a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred, a proven track record of managing and motivating teams effectively is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate the required supervisory background and Hilton PEP experience during the application review. Selected candidates will proceed to interviews focused on leadership capabilities and operational problem-solving.
