About the Role

As the Front Office Manager at Doubletree by Hilton in Grand Junction, Colorado, you will serve as a key leader in our hospitality operations. This role is designed to ensure the seamless execution of guest reception, reservations, and telephone services while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. You will partner closely with the General Manager to uphold revenue, expense, and quality targets, ensuring that every aspect of the front office operation exceeds both guest and ownership expectations.

In this position, you will not only oversee day-to-day logistics but also cultivate a culture of excellence within the front office department. Your day will involve managing the flow of guests from arrival to departure, ensuring accurate billing and room allocation, and facilitating clear communication between the front office, housekeeping, and other departments. You will also play a vital role in team development by conducting performance appraisals and providing training to help your staff grow.

Key Responsibilities
