About the Role
As the Club Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will instill a strong atmosphere of service excellence while implementing guidelines and goals for training and development to achieve budgeted results. You will lead by example, fostering departmental teamwork and collaboration to create memorable experiences that exceed our Forbes/AAA and Platinum Club service goals.
Your day will involve managing, leading, and communicating with guests, co-workers, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. You will anticipate guest needs, ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed, and maintain a presence on the floor during hours of operation. Additionally, you will support financial and marketing goals by creating effective incentive and sales programs that positively affect profits and guest experiences.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a minimum Associates college degree or equivalent educational experience, along with 2+ years of relevant Club experience in F&B Management. Prior proven restaurant management experience, including ongoing coaching and support to staff, is required. Knowledge of service, food, wine, and spirits is essential, with WSET or Court of Masters Sommeliers certifications considered a plus.
