About the Role
As a General Manager at TMart, you will be the driving force behind the culture and operations of your restaurant. This role is designed for motivated individuals who want to grow with a company that invests in their long-term success. You will not just manage a location; you will lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and brand execution.
Our approach to leadership is built on a foundation of deep knowledge. All managerial hires begin as "Management Trainees" in a paid, eight-week internal training program. This "slow-walk" training ensures you fully understand every position you will oversee, earning the respect of your peers and the credibility to lead with poise. As you advance through Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager certifications, you will unlock bonuses and opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

Requirements
