About the Role

Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport is searching for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead their Housekeeping team. In this role, you will assist the Director in the direction and administration of all Housekeeping operations to ensure the overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel. Your work will be central to the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

You will oversee a team of approximately 45-50 Team Members, distributing and delegating workload to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing fluctuating schedules across AM, MID, and PM shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
