As a Guest Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing a reliable, comfortable, and trouble-free experience. You will embody the spirit of Home2 Suites/TRU by Hilton and the broader Hilton Worldwide brands by delivering warm welcomes and personal attention. This role is critical in building guest loyalty through professional behavior, competent service skills, and sincere hospitality.
Your day will involve managing the full guest journey, from accurate reservations and seamless check-ins to resolving issues and ensuring a fond farewell. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource for local attractions, hotel amenities, and meeting spaces, while collaborating closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Bell staff to maintain a "like new" condition throughout the property. Whether handling billing inquiries, coordinating wakeup calls, or assisting with group logistics, you will ensure that every interaction exceeds guest expectations.
Our hotel operates 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. As a team member, you will work in a guest-facing, public area environment. Schedules are flexible and may vary from week to week, requiring availability on weekends and holidays. You may be asked to assist in areas outside your typical work zone to support the team and ensure superior service. This role demands the ability to remain calm and organized during multiple demands while sustaining focus for extended periods.
