Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGreet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- check_circleManage reservations via phone, email, and online systems
- check_circleProvide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- check_circleRespond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- check_circleMaintain accurate guest records and process payments
- check_circleCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- check_circleUpsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedAt least 2 years of experience in customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
- verifiedAbility to work nights (3:00-11:00 PM)
- verifiedExperience with PEP (Property Management System) preferred
- verifiedMust be available weekends and holidays
