Home Infusion Nurse - PRN

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Infusion Nurse (RN) with specific IVIg expertise to provide compassionate in-home care for a local patient in Honolulu, HI. This role offers a unique chance to leverage your clinical IV skills to support a patient directly within their own environment.

Role Context

This is a short-term, PRN engagement focused on delivering immune globulin infusion therapies. The nurse will provide personalized, one-on-one care and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with the patient, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners.

Patient Preferences & Logistics

To ensure the best experience for the patient, the following preferences and logistical details are critical:

• Patient Preference: The patient specifically requests a female RN.
• Availability: The patient is only available for visits in the mornings.
• Location: Honolulu, HI 96822.
• Schedule: Services are required on June 4th and June 5th.
• Treatment Details: Privigen 10% 50gm (500mL) IV once daily for 2 days every 4 weeks.
• Duration: Approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes per visit, plus prep time.
• Clinical Access: PIV Hardstick; Curlin Pump will be used.
