About the Role
This position is responsible for driving Chronic and IVIG patient referrals within a defined territory. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
In this role, you will be accountable for achieving net revenue and profit goals, expanding market share, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Your key customers will include clinics, physicians, and payors. You will analyze territory performance to develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives and assist in training staff on customer service best practices.
