About the Role
The Infusion & Testing Services Department is seeking an Infusion/Allergy Procedure RN to join our exceptional healthcare team. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients from around the world who seek our expertise for the highest quality treatment. You will perform highly specialized infusions—including IVIG, Rituximab, and iron—as well as complex allergy testing such as drug desensitization, rush procedures, and food challenges.
Success in this position requires critical thinking and hands-on patient skills. You will start IVs, assess patients during treatments, and respond quickly to any reactions that arise. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in oncology infusion to learn chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment where they can make a direct impact on patient outcomes.
Schedule and Location
This position offers a desirable schedule with no nights, holidays, or weekends. The selected candidate will be expected to float between the National Jewish Health Main Campus and the Northern and Western Hematology-Oncology locations, requiring local travel between clinics.
