About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Stylist/Barber/Cosmetologist to join our fast-paced, fun salon environment. This role exists to provide families with an efficient, chemical-free haircut experience that creates a lasting positive memory. Unlike traditional salons, we focus exclusively on kids, eliminating birthday parties, nail painting, updos, and blowouts to ensure a streamlined service.

As a Lead Stylist, you will work in a supportive environment where you do not need to build your own clientele or pay high rent for a suite. We provide a steady flow of clients ready for you. You will inspire families with every haircut, making a real difference in the lives of children while earning a solid income through hourly wages and tips. The role involves checking clients in and out, answering phones, and running the POS independently, all while maintaining a patient and open demeanor with families.
