About the Role

The Experience Manager (EM) is the champion of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values, leading a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales managers to deliver top-line sales growth and an exceptional guest experience. This role is accountable for all aspects of the guest journey, including salon services, boutiques, retail sales, and makeup, with a specific focus on Net Promoter Score (NPS).

In this position, you will drive business performance through a strategic focus on people, process, and results. You will foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, ensuring your team embodies the Ulta Beauty brand. From performing makeup applications and skincare analyses to developing high-performing associates through coaching and training, you will be the face of our commitment to beauty excellence. You will work alongside the leadership team to establish priorities, share best practices, and execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to drive business results.
