About the Role
As a Licensed Salon Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our salon, leading and motivating a team of stylists while overseeing daily operations. This unique position blends high-level management with hands-on artistry; you will provide expert hair services ranging from cuts and color to styling, while simultaneously coaching team members to elevate their craft. Your mission is to ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive sales and service goals, and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment that adheres to state regulations.
