About the Role
As a Licensed Salon Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our salon, leading and motivating a team of stylists while overseeing daily operations. This unique position blends high-level management with hands-on artistry; you will provide expert hair services—including cuts, color, and styling—to a diverse clientele while simultaneously coaching team members to elevate their craft.
Your mission is to ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive sales and service goals. You will act as a mentor, creating and managing staff schedules to meet client demand, monitoring key performance indicators like service revenue and client retention, and resolving client concerns to maintain satisfaction. Beyond operations, you will champion a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in compliance with state regulations, oversee inventory and merchandising, and support the recruiting and onboarding of new talent.
