Our client is seeking a HACCP Coordinator to serve as a vital link between regulatory compliance and daily production operations. This role is designed to support the facility's food safety and regulatory compliance programs by managing daily HACCP and SSOP activities, conducting internal audits, coordinating training, and verifying the implementation of food safety systems directly on the production floor. The position requires close collaboration with Production, Sanitation, and Food Safety/Quality teams to ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal standards.
This is a hands-on, floor-focused role that demands strong HACCP knowledge and keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will spend approximately 25% of their work hours on the production floor, observing process controls, sanitation practices, and CCP monitoring activities. The environment involves working in both office and production settings, with exposure to varying temperatures and the need to wear PPE such as hearing protection and safety glasses. The role requires flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and other shifts as needed.
Candidates must be willing to work onsite. Please note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
The compensation package includes a base salary of up to $90,000 plus an annual bonus of 8–10%. Additionally, relocation assistance is available, offering up to $5,000 and up to 30 days of temporary housing for qualified candidates.
