We are seeking an experienced HACCP Coordinator to lead and manage the facility's Food Safety, HACCP, and SSOP programs within a ready-to-eat (RTE) food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position designed for a professional who thrives in regulatory environments and operational QA execution, rather than a desk-only compliance role.
The HACCP Coordinator works closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, and FSQS leadership to monitor critical control points, oversee audits, lead training programs, and ensure all food safety documentation and corrective actions are executed accurately and on time. Approximately 25% of the role is spent on the production floor verifying system execution, ensuring the candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing setting with variable shifts and weekend coverage as needed.
Work model: On-site
