About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment while supervising personnel to meet daily production targets. You will ensure strict compliance with SOPs, food safety, health and safety policies, and equipment monitoring. Your role involves driving process improvements, managing labor reporting, and optimizing efficiency to deliver high-quality products in a cost-effective manner.
In this position, you will lead and direct the work of other employees, possessing authority over personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. You will conduct daily meetings with shift leads to identify and resolve issues, draft weekly employee schedules, and collaborate closely with all departments to improve quality and eliminate waste. You will foster a positive team environment, facilitate training, and may be designated to oversee specific plant areas such as blow molding. Your day will involve conducting GEMBA walks, performing minor machine maintenance, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- verifiedBachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science, Business or related discipline preferred
- verifiedMinimum 3-5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
- verifiedForklift certification may be required
- verifiedSAP prior experience a strong asset
