About the Role

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. You will greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping environment for everyone. Your role involves adhering to established safety, security, and quality policies while operating the point of sale system. You will also manage store housekeeping, replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions, and communicate with management regarding guest requests or vendor concerns. This position is vital to maintaining the operational excellence and welcoming atmosphere that defines our brand.
