About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is the face of our stores, responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring everyone enjoys a welcoming shopping environment. Your role is central to our mission of building lasting relationships by greeting guests warmly and providing exceptional service.

Beyond guest interaction, you will be an active participant in maintaining the operational excellence of the store. This includes adhering to safety and security policies, managing point-of-sale operations, and ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and ready for customers. You will also support new team members during their onboarding and training, fostering a collaborative culture where ideas from all people help us grow, move, and thrive.
