About the Role

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. You will greet guests and ensure everyone enjoys their shopping experience, adhering to established safety, security, and quality policies. Your role involves operating the point of sale, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment through housekeeping and merchandising projects. You will also support new hires during their onboarding and training, acting as a key contributor to our team's success.
