About the Role
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. You will greet guests and ensure everyone enjoys their shopping experience. Your role is vital in maintaining the store's operations, from adhering to safety and security policies to managing point-of-sale systems and replenishing products to ensure in-stock conditions. You will also handle housekeeping functions, communicate with management regarding guest requests, and conduct inventory and merchandising projects. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support the team and new hires during their onboarding.
