About the Role
As a Grocery Clerk/Cashier, you will be the face of our stores, creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Your role is to establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. You will embrace the "Customer 1st" strategy, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
In this position, you will process transactions quickly and accurately while handling various payment methods. Beyond the register, you will ensure product freshness by rotating merchandise and checking quality, and you will actively promote trust and respect among team members. Whether greeting customers, answering questions about products, or informing shoppers of grocery specials, you will help create an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.
