As the Store Manager, you serve as the primary leader for the entire store team, driving both customer experience and associate engagement. Your mission is to teach, coach, and develop associates to deliver excellent service, merchandising expertise, and consistent operational execution. You will be accountable for the overall results and success of all key performance measures, with a primary goal of driving sales and profitability.
In this role, you will guide profitable sales and meet financial plans through strategic decisions and leadership. You will manage payroll plans by optimizing store schedules and labor costs based on business conditions. Beyond financials, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, compensation decisions, and performance management. You are responsible for creating a compelling store experience by modeling appropriate customer service behaviors and ensuring speed of service exceeds expectations.
You will also ensure sound inventory management through accurate shipping and receiving processes and maintain product protection standards to prevent loss. By partnering with the Loss Prevention team and enforcing company policies, you will safeguard assets while fostering an engaged and inclusive culture. Your day-to-day involves assessing key performance indicators to make informed business decisions, managing talent development, and ensuring the store maintains strong operational standards and safety protocols.

Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position. Experience supervising 50 or more associates, including the responsibility for performance management and making employment decisions. College degree OR equivalent combination of education and 3-4 years experience in retail or similar industry.
