About the Role
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable Greenery Specialist & Plant Placement Specialist to oversee plant health and design engaging greenery displays across our greenhouse and retail locations. This role exists to bridge the gap between horticultural expertise and visual merchandising, ensuring that every plant thrives while creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers.
In this position, you will be the go-to expert for plant care, guiding both customers and staff on proper selection, maintenance, and placement strategies. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of hands-on horticulture, creative design, and education. You will determine optimal plant placement based on light, temperature, and growth needs, while actively monitoring for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies. Beyond maintaining the physical space, you will play a key role in training staff on proper watering and pruning techniques, ensuring our team is equipped to support plant health throughout the store.
