About the Role
The Chief Executive Officer will serve as the strategic and operational leader for Dalat Hasfarm in Vietnam, overseeing a workforce of 4,000 employees and managing 10 direct reports. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this executive carries full accountability for the company's strategy, daily operations, and P&L performance.
The role is pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and organizational transformation. The CEO will define and execute a strategic growth plan aligned with the group's vision, while simultaneously spearheading business development, partnerships, and market expansion. Beyond operational oversight to ensure efficiency and innovation, the position demands a visionary leader capable of fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and talent development.
