Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager serves as a vital partner to the GBAFS Senior Project Manager, driving the achievement of annual company goals while fostering strong, lasting relationships with our customers. This position acts as a strategic advisor in both office and field environments, providing direction and insight to Job Foremen and Superintendents to enhance on-site cooperation, efficiency, and communication.

You will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and exceed customer expectations regarding scope. A core part of your day involves direct oversight of assigned projects, ensuring strict compliance with GBA Facility Services' Safety and Quality Standards. As a representative of the company, you will serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and professional interactions with general contractors, engineers, architects, and property owners.

Succession and Mentorship

This role is designed with a clear path for growth and leadership development. You will act as a designated backup for the Senior Project Manager, stepping in to lead when necessary. Beyond project execution, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of talent by mentoring and supporting Superintendents, Project Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, and Apprentice Electricians, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
