The Fulfillment team consists of experts in operations, process, and efficiency. Our mission is to enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring they get what they want, when they want it, and how they want it. We pick, prep, pack, sort, and ship products safely, efficiently, and effectively to deliver convenience and quality.
As a Fulfillment Expert, no two days are ever the same. You will work in a dynamic environment where your daily tasks change based on guest ordering patterns. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding setting where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key to success.
Your day will involve assessing daily business needs, utilizing tools to meet digital demand, and adapting to changing guest traffic patterns. You will be the face of our digital operations, selecting items for order pickup, drive-up, and home shipping, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Beyond the logistics, you will create a welcoming experience by greeting guests, solving their specific needs, and thanking them for choosing Target.
