As the Front Desk & HR Coordinator, you will serve as the welcoming face of our community while acting as a key support partner to our leadership team. This unique position blends the warmth of hospitality with the precision of administrative management. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring everyone feels greeted with kindness and care.
Your day will be filled with variety, ranging from greeting guests and assisting with tours to coordinating onboarding processes and maintaining confidential employee files. You will be the go-to helper for the office, managing communications, supplies, and administrative projects.
